Greetings #HerfSociety Members,

I hope this message finds you all well and in good spirits. We had an awesome week for the #HerfSociety. There was an awesome presentation from Kamal Moukeiber of Bongani cigars. We discussed how he left banking in Europe to start an African cigar line.

He talked about how he sourced both seed and talent from the Dominican Republic to get the brand off the ground. He spoke of the rich history of Cameroon wrapper leaf, African farmers who are transitioning from growing just cigarette tobacco to premium leaf. The transition is sure to create a better financial situation for those farmers. He talked about the different vitolas in their brand and that they will be available for sale in the US starting 5/18/2020.

I’ve been in contact with Kamal, and he has asked us to contact him if we are interested in purchasing cigars. I assured him that we are definitely interested in trying something new! His contact information is below:

Coming Up!

The next two weeks for the #HerfSociety will be amazing! I was able to secure a visit from Tony Bellato, the founder of Caldwell Cigars! Tony is a serial entrepreneur and has launched a number of iconic lines. Please plan to attend at 5pm as his time is very limited.

5/30 we will be joined by Mr. Reilly of Aganorsa Leaf Cigars. Whether it's Casa De Fernandez, Lunatic, or their signature brands Aganorsa is an awesome line and definitely a heavy hitter in the industry. Make sure you plan to attend at 5pm EST for this event!

Some of you have been using my link to Famous Smoke for your cigar purchases. I really do appreciate it. It has helped to offset the cost of your t-shirts. Please continue to use the link as frequently as possible.

Soon I will be launching #5Under20. It’s a site dedicated to providing lovers of the leaf real value and the ability to try new cigars via 5-Packs.
